Class Schedule

Sundays - 9:30AM

September 10 - November 26, 2023

Connections Class: Young Singles, Young Couples, and Parents of Kids Birth-6th Grade:
A Study of James

Luke Barnett, Tim Brunson, & Kyle McKinney
Hali Room- 401
True faith produces fruit. A faith without action and without life change is ultimately a dead faith. The book of James speaks to the realities of a living faith in Jesus—the kind of roll-upyour- sleeves and get-your-hands-dirty discipleship that is born out of an authentic relationship with the risen Lord. James writes to believers who know suffering, who’ve faced trials, and who ultimately desire a deep relationship with God.

Senior Adult Class:
1 Corinthians: A Discussion for Everyone

Jon Blackwell
Library - 701
Acts 18 describes how Paul spent many months establishing a new church family in Corinth. But after he departed to plant more churches, he received a report that things weren’t going well in Corinth. This letter is Paul’s first response to the troubling news. This Fall, we will journey through Paul’s response and search together for relevant wisdom.

Middle Adult Class:
News that Changes Everything: a Study of the Letter to the Galatians

Kyle Wade
Room 603
When you hear the word ‘gospel’, what comes to your mind? Do you think of a definition you were taught, an idea you were invited to believe, or a reality that changes everything? Paul is writing a letter to the Galatian churches begging them to return to the essence of the invitation to anyone who would come, to be forgiven based solely on the finished work of Jesus. We want to believe in grace alone, but can it be true? Paul fights for these Jesus-followers so that this love might transform their very beings. I think he also fights for us. Join us as we dig into the letter to the Galatians this Fall.
